Never, ever, turn down a free trip.
Cast shame and doubt away.
Understanding is not the same thing as agreeing.
Nothing purely is, only appears to be. [The map is not the territory]
The ultimate reward is honor not awards.

I think that for the most part your first rule is simple enough. I do to some extend beg to differ only because a gift almost always stipulates conditions. but it appears to be beside the point....but then again who wouldn't want a free trip of any kind???
The second one, to me at least, deals with yourself. get rid of you shame and doubt away those who try to shame you....plus doubt enables growth on your ideas and perspectives
We already talked about the third rule and i figured that you where referring to the fact that people mistake understanding for agreeing in arguments.
as for nothing being purely is....well i agree and yet am inclined to disagree...but thats because you what your trying to point here you cant really explain in words. its like what thich nhat hanh says about is Buddhist and their words...."look at my words as if they were a finger pointing to the moon...if you look at the fingers you'll never see the moon."
this one well seems to be the hardest one to complete explain...i guess to me honor is one of those words that means a lot of things to a lot of different people. you see i would call it "good faith" but its just a matter of terms i guess.
on another note, i think thats what makes us different. i mean i think we agree on a lot of the same things but we have a different set vocab that we use. You dig?
