Things I need : How I Can :

Fix my teeth Remember to floss, use ACT and brush after every meal
Lose weight stop drinking soda
stop eating candy / frozen foods
start taking my lunch to work
only eat 2/3rds of what i take
stop smoking
sleep 8 hours 12-8pm
go to the gym at least 30minutes every other day when i wake up
stop procrastinating
Get a car stop taking out loans
keep a budget
go to europe get my passport
save money by using maintaining budget

Shopping list :
Pots / Pants
Gym Shorts
Chicken breast
salad
fried veggies

Take one day out of the week to eat whatever you want, as much as you want.
Must control variables - this is an experiment

Goals :
100 push ups a day - 100 sit ups a day 10 reps x10 every 5 minutes
walk/jog/run 30mins a day on treadmill

I need to replace smoking with riding
